Welcome to the Feedback Studio Educator Training for Australia & New Zealand! Each week we'll contribute our ideas and insights to help our school communities understand the importance of Academic Integrity. We'll all assist each other as we journey to the summit of Mount Integrity!

Getting Started with Feedback Studio
Set yourself up for success this week - create your Feedback Studio assignments, create your Turnitin Educator Network profile and get to know your peers who are also embarking on this learning journey!

Laying the groundwork for integrity
Have you found another brilliant way to introduce Academic Integrity to your students? Contribute your ideas here so that other teachers can learn from your expertise!

Introducing Feedback Studio to students
Now that you’ve introduced your students to Turnitin Feedback Studio, we’d love to hear what resonated with your students, and if there were any concepts you struggled to explain. Do you have any other great ideas for discussing the similarity report, plagiarism and expected similarity matches with your students? Contribute your thoughts and ideas here so that we can all help each other!

Interpreting the Similarity Report
This week, we’ve taken an in-depth look at the Similarity Report. What advice do you have for other teachers about reviewing the similarity report and talking about the matches with students? Do you have any questions you would like other teachers to assist you with? Ask them here.

Detecting known cheat methods
We know that some students love to share their ‘hacks’ for completing work with minimal effort, so let’s share anything you’ve discovered in your student submissions! Is there a cheat-method or form of plagiarism that is currently trending in your class? How would other teachers detect that in their student submissions?

What do I do if my students plagiarise?
Approaching students about plagiarism can be daunting. What tips do you have for other teachers when approaching students about difficult topics such as plagiarism or cheating?

Rubrics
What are your greatest successes when using rubrics for your assessments? Do you create rubrics with your students, or provide students with a pre-defined rubric either before or after they complete the task? We’d love to hear your successes and challenges when creating and using rubrics for assessment, even if you don’t use Turnitin’s rubrics.

Providing feedback to students
Share your greatest successes using Feedback Studio’s commenting tools, QuickMarks and Voice Comments with your peers here.

Supporting differentiated learning
Do you have some creative and unique methods for providing differentiated learning in your classroom? Share your brainwaves here so that teachers across the country can improve their teaching and learning too!

You've made it to the top!
Congratulations! You've made it to the top of Mount Integrity! Congratulations on all you have learned so far, and for all the wisdom you have passed on to your students through your teaching. Thank you for sharing your advice with your peers and for contributing to our discussions.
