Students Unable to Create Accounts or Log In
We have a district email that most students use to create accounts. Some have accounts from previous years; others don't. In both cases, many students are told that they have a previous account and need to enter their passwords. When they try, they are told that they don't have an account yet, and need to make one. Password retrieval and security questions don't work. Occasionally, using a private email address does, but not always. Many other students are enrolling just fine.
