Is Turnitin doing ok

I have attempted 3 times to get a quote from sales.  I went to the site and as to schedule a sales consultation.  I have done it over the past month.  If they take that long to respond to a sales request how bad is their support.  I used to use it all the time one of my favorite platforms.

    I can't get anyone to call me back either. My principal has given me the task of getting quote and specifics and he is willing to purchase for our entire school. No one returns calls so i am wondering as well what is going on!

      Jeffrey Swisher I have tried to contacted them several times over the past two weeks. I have left multiple messages and requests on the website. I don’t have the time to keep pursuing it. I am exploring other viable and comprobable options for my school.
