Spanish Authenticity Check
I am seriously doubting that this site checks for Spanish plagiarism. Not even any phrases come up as plagiarized. I have students who can barely write a coherent sentence turning me in works of art...with nothing underlined except for the headings on the assignment, as many students use the same template.
How do I know that it is really checking? They use very well-known Spanish language news sites.

Parthena Draggett Thanks for your question, which I will try to answer.
As you know new internet pages and files get added every day to the web, therefore it’s impossible to have every file or page on the net “saved” in our database instantly. Therefore, a source you may have found online may not yet be in our database because it simply has not been scanned by our web-crawlers yet. When in doubt, you may feel free to provide a URL to a site, and we can try adding it to the database.
In cases of databases where subscriptions are necessary for access (such as journals, magazines, newspapers, etc.), or where our web crawlers are blocked, we will not be able to download the information automatically. It will be at the discretion of those who control the particular site whether permission is granted, and whether we are allowed to download the documents. You may also wish to contact representatives from other databases whose databases you wish Turnitin to be included in, and request permission for our access. Requests from users such as yourself may promote access for our crawlers.

Can you check certain articles:
If so: I have student projects there now that I would like to have you check for me. There are 5-7 that I believe have plagiarized chunks from articles. Can I share these with you?
