    Hello Achal,

I recently read your article titled "Alarming Rate of Scientific Misconduct Recorded in India" and I felt the need to share my perspective on the issue. While I understand that misconduct is a serious issue, I believe that it is essential to consider the challenges faced by Indian teachers and lecturers before labeling them in a negative light.

In India, teachers are often exploited and overburdened with workload, especially in private universities. They are required to publish journal articles every year without being provided with adequate laboratory facilities or access to plagiarism checkers. This is a stark contrast to foreign universities, where students and faculty are given ample support and resources. every university just collecting millions of rupees every semesters and torchering students to publish 4 SCI publications, patents etc to complete phd.Several phd students dont know what is scopus and how to check validity and indexing of journals. You know how much most journals charging scholars to publish journals, 2000 dollers, 3000 dollers etc without showing how they are spending this money, is this not misconduct. India is a slavery country and dont give more suffering to this born indian slaves-teachers.

Please find the attached article highlighting the struggles faced by teachers in India. I hope this provides some insight into the challenging situation they face daily. https://www.change.org/p/pm-of-india-to-protect-rights-and-self-esteem-of-private-teachers-in-india-from-private-edumanagements

    Best regards,
