How can I get turnitin to generate a similarity report?
I have allowed a student to submit a re-do of an assignment after the class ended, and now the canvas page isn't showing a similarity report from turnitin. See the screenshot below, where I circled this submission in red. I have tried changing settings in the Optional Settings section, where it mentions the similarity report, but nothing seems to change--turnitin is not generated a similarity report. Campus tech says it is a turnitin issue.
Can someone help? Grades are due very soon, I'd like to get this scored ASAP. Thanks to any who can offer some suggestions here.

There is an error message that is shown when I click on an icon on the speed grader page for the submission:
Turnitin has not returned a score after 14 attempts to retrieve one.

The help notes say this: If resubmissions are allowed within an assignment, the first three resubmissions will generate a new Similarity Report straight away. After three resubmissions, a 24-hour wait is enforced to generate Similarity Reports for all subsequent resubmissions. Other info. is also available there regarding submission document types not accepted, which may be a factor.
If nothing there resonates, I suggest that you open a help ticket using tiisupport@turnitin.com
I hope this resolves your issue quickly as I know grades being due really adds pressure.-

I emailed that email address, and they have already generated a ticket. Hopefully that will get something accomplished. Thanks for giving me the email address.

In case anyone else is reading this, the reply back I got from turnitin.com said that the issue was simply a glitch in their system, so one of them had to manually push the similarity report through. Looks like there is no way it would have been generated had I not started a support ticket, so looks like that is the path to go if anyone else has this issue.
