I am writing about two correlated incidents that have taken place since we created assignment submission points on Moodle. 

We are using the Turnitin2 plugin to create the submission point pages for us. 

However, we have realised the following discrepancies as compared to our experience in other universities using the same plugin. I am unsure whether it is to do with the plugin or Turnitin itself: 

1- The Display Grade, which provides a selection option for fractions or percentages, is not showing in the configuration setting of the Turnitin plugin page; 

2- The list of categories that details the status of the student submission [First/Last name, submission title, Turnitin paper ID, submitted, similarity] has one is missing and not showing in the heading. The category missing is Grade. 

3- The total sum of all sub-totals in the rubric feedback shows the denominator as NULL, and any totalling either records the correct sum or sometimes zero. The form is either 23/null or 0/null.  

4- One of our instructors realised that the feedback written in the rubric fields in the studio had disappeared for each of the criteria marked and commented upon. Interestingly, I checked my own account at another university where I marked the student work, and all my feedback and comments but not the marks have disappeared. I have no clue why this has happened. I am sure I read the feedback a few days back, but it disappeared yesterday. Is this normal? how could that happen?
