Lost my (test) assignment!!

I converted my Master Class back to a standard class and seem to have lost my assignment!!! Is that normal? I didn't get a warning message! Fortunately it was a test class and test assignment but I want to know what happened . . .

 

We are only using the turnitin web interface

    Hi Tim Grech  - I've asked someone from product this question so that hopefully you can get a satisfactory answer, and somehow I'm just seeing this and don't want to leave you thinking no one is looking! 

    It should be possible to do so, according to the help notes on this topic.

    EDIT: I think I have been wildly mistaken! I looked the next day and there seems to be an assignment there! Just to clarify - there should be no reason why an assignment & submissions should be lost/deleted if collapsing a muster class back into a normal class, right?

      Tim Grech Correct! Glad that it seems to still be there! I spoke with our product manager and if it wasn't there, a support ticket should be filed. Do you need that email?
