It has passed 24 hours but the system has not checked for me, can someone tell me why, do I need to return the file for the system to check

    There are a number of reasons why this might be happening so I've linked the help notes on this topic for you.

    If none of these reasons apply, the appropriate thing to do is to contact our Support Team, especially if it is not working as it should. You might also check with others at your institution to see if others are having this same difficulty in order to determine if it is a problem requiring Support.
