Purple erater comments not downloading?
When I Download > Grademarked PDFs, the purple erater comments don't come down with the paper, evern though they were switched on the last time I opened the submission. Is this normal? Is it because I am Instructor and not student? Is it because it is before the post date?
I can see even if I turn off the erater comments and turn them back on/enable them later, the comments that I dismissed are still indicated as dismissed, so they are being saved . . .

It seems like I can download individual submissions with the purple erater comments, and so can students (after the feedback date), but I can't do it in bulk (select multiple and download Grademarked PDFs)? Does that sound right?

SO yes it has been confirmed to me via the tech support email that we cannot BULK download papers with the purple erater comments. They must be downloaded one by one by instructors or students.
