Change ETS part way through an assignment?

Has anyone changed ETS half way through marking the submitted tasks? I'm not that happy with the results of the "High School" version, so want to try another, but I am guessing that will forget what comments I have already "dismissed"? Is that correct?

    Hi Tim! The “High School”, “Advanced”, “Middle School” options are referring to which handbook your students will automatically view when they have a possible grammatical error identified in their work. The handbooks have leveled information in order to give scaffolded feedback for their level.
