High Contrast filter no longer working in Feedback studio
Hi everyone,
I'm working with an academic who has been using the High Contrast filter in Windows to access the Turnitin Feedback studio. Suddenly this has stopped working and they can no longer read or provide intext comments on student papers anymore. We have logged a request with Turnitin but there appears to be no immediate solution. We have checked all browser High Contrast filters but all have the same issue. At the moment, the only way for the academic to read and provide intext comments is to download all papers. I'd love to hear if there are any suggested solutions from this group, or ability to escalate a web accessibility issue to Turnitin?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Emily Rutherford I am checking this out with our developers as the High Contrast filter isn’t something we support explicitly.
I'll update you when I have more information.

In case useful, the academic has a request number with Turnitin (01569345)

Hi Gill & Emily
I also have a colleague with the same problem. I've tested on a Mac, using Edge, and it worked as expected for the Mac. It didn't work on a Windows 10 machine, also using Edge. We're using Blackboard & the LTI 1.3 - all other aspects of TII work as expected.
Do you have an update at your end? -
Emma Duke-Williams Emily Rutherford I received a further update on this and it seems this might be something to do with the browser not inverting images and the good news is that there is a fix coming in the next week which may rectify this. Let me know if you are seeing any changes to this behaviour in the coming days.

Oh, that's super to hear! I've had an email back from Support, suggesting Dark Reader - which works fine ... unless you've got the High Contrast on for the computer generally, then it doesn't. :( However, if something's on its way, rather than fiddling around testing browsers, extensions & a lot of other stuff, I'll wait for a week or so.
