How much time Turnitin normally takes to remove a document from its repository?

    Ive also sent multiple requests to have papers submitted under my class ID but up to now i havent received a positive reply from turnitin apart from promising to work on me soon, yet i need to resubmit a paper urgently again, SOS

      shamim nankabirwa this can take some time as the support team is quite busy. Have you spoken to your institution's account administrator?

      Karen Smith I have, his name is Vijay I’ve sent countless pleas to have submitted work deleted from the database but all in vain

      shamim nankabirwa I apologize for all the questions, especially if you have already answered these elsewhere, but I want to be certain that I fully understand.

      1. Have you and Vijay worked to delete the paper yourselves? There is guidance on how to do this in our support notes.
      2. If the above didn't work, did you submit a request via email at  tiisupport@turnitin.com. Provide them with the submission ID to speed along the work, along with detailed info about what steps you have already taken.
      3. If you have already submitted to support, can you share the request number? I do know that this can sometimes take a while.

    Dear  Yulia Danyliuk , Gill Rowell and Karen Smith , My files have requested permanent deletion, and currently it shows as "A paper deletion has been sent to your Turnitin administrator". I have sent in an email to Turnitin Support Team also, my Turnitin Case reference is #22251669 - [ref:!00D300H14.!5005d02E6oVa:ref]. Could you assist in removing it urgently, as the coursework deadline is 13/01/2024?  I will be grateful for your help to assist in deleting it as fast as possible.

      Eunice In cases like this, you would need to contact support. That is not my role in the company and since there is a support ticket already, they should be able to respond as it's already in process.
