My name is Lasse Nielsen. I am Danish, but live in the Czech Republic at an International School called The Ostrava International School. We are right in the heart of Europe.
I work as the Academic Integrity Coordinator at my school. I am the one who teaches staff and students about Academic Integrity and how to use Turnitin. I also deal with students who are suspected of plagiarism or students who need help with the proper way to cite their work.
We use the feedback studio every day pretty much. I find it very useful in giving students agency over their own writing. Some of them are very scared of accidental plagiarism and having them check their own Turnitin report, really helps them be more confident in their writing.
