What the h*ll happened to my inbox? Why can I only see 4 assignments at a time? Please tell me this will be fixed?

    What browser and device are you accessing your inbox from? This isn't something we've been able to replicate from this end, I'm afraid.

    I'm not sure if this will help, but perhaps this self-guided demo will answer some of your questions?

      Karen Smith This is what all of mine look like, too. I'm on an HP laptop and using Google Chrome. It never looked like this before until the upgrade downgrade. 

      Whereas an assignment inbox USED to look more like this student list does, where we could see 25 students/submissions per page without scrolling much.

      Roslynn Pryor Agreed. This is not working. Teachers needs to see the list of students in its entirety, especially if we need to manually upload grades to Aeries or Google Classroom. This small window does not work.

    I can only see three assignments at a time.  Also, the work from students who are turning in late assignments after the "upgrade" is not showing up in my inbox.  On their end it appears to have been submitted but I can't see their submission in my inbox.

    I am using a Dell Latitude 7430 and accessing Turnitin through Chrome.  I have never had an issue with this before.  The scrolling field only allows me to see 3 submissions at a time.

    I can only see 3 at a time on my laptop. That inner scrollbar is going to take 7 separate motions for me to see the same number I could ordinarily see on one page with no clicks/scrolls/motions. This is untenable. 

     

    This is part of their "enhancements...designed to streamline your workflow...." 😩

      Karen Smith THANK you! Some of my same-site colleagues report that theirs is back to normal this morning, but mine isn't! What can I do to switch it back to the old view?? I didn't accept any prompt for the new view, and I hate it!

      Karen Smith I am also experiencing the same issue people are talking about, but I wanted to ask about another issue I'm having as well, that my students are not in the correct order when I sort alphabetically. For students with multiple last names (or an apostrophe in their last name), it is using the last word of their name instead of the first word of their last name. Now, Turnitin does not match any of my LMS or gradebooks which is really frustrating and hinders my workflow.

      Karen Smith I came here in search of a fix for the same problem. I am on an ASUS laptop using Chrome, and I can only see 3 students at a time. As others have stated, this is NOT an improvment. Please help!

      Shaun Friday I have shared screenshots of everyone's concerns with product (and have added yours!) and was assured yesterday that the problem has been shared with the engineers. We are now waiting for them to assess the issue and identify a solution in order to provide a timeline. I will address it in this thread as soon as I have something meaningful to report.

    I'm only seeing three assignments at a time as well, and it freaking sucks.  I use the assignment list to see whose assignments to mark missing, and now that's impossible.

    New Update is only giving me 3 assignments on Edge.  I liked the way it worked for the assignment page before the update.  Also students are pointing out you have to open their assignment instead of the old way to see if it was submitted before.

    I agree!  I HATE this "update"!  I want the old visual back.  I want to see most of my class at a glance, not have to scroll to see it.

    It REALLY doesn't work to only be able to see two students at a time. Pleas change the display back/to something comparable. I need to be able to scan the class submissions quickly. Using the arrow key to scroll down sllloooooowwwwwlllllllly is not good.

    Last night my grades were due on Aeries. I needed to manually type in the scores from turnitin.com. With the small window that shows me 3 students at a time, the new update added considerable time to this task. Please return to the former "view at a glance."

    Has there been a fix to this, because it's becoming unmanageable. Additionally, I find that I can no longer click on a students name to see all their assignments. This function was invaluable when students put their assignment in the wrong box. There are other major functional issues, but I badly need advice on this one right now.
