Checking programming assignments, figures, graphs and tables

Dear friends,

How many of you would find the possibility to check computer programs (code excerpts), figures, graphs and tables for originality useful? For us, in computer science, this is an essential functionality, and we would welcome any developments and advancement in any (and all) of these issues...

    At the road show I was at earlier this year, it's something they're working on - at least for source code. Less sure about the figures etc., as they're effectively graphics, which are a very different technical challenge to source code (which is, in effect, just text).
