Similarity report not shows

Hi, i've been troubled to have the similarty report since two days ago. the similarity icon shows 0% and in the feedback studio also 0%. 

try to submit the document into another assignment, but the result it still same. anyone can hep me what should i do ? thank you.

    researchsynergy This seems very strange. I would suggest perhaps asking your lecturer/teacher who created the assignment in Turnitin to check the Assignment options he selected when setting this up, and whether other students in the class have had similar issues?

    If not I would then contact our Support team by emailing tiisupport@turnitin.com and asking them to investigate.

    Hi, yesterday i tried to submit longer text (approx. 2000-3000 words) than the previous one. and it was success. so can i assumed that it was failed because it was a short text (approx. 400 - 500 words) ?

      researchsynergy I'm pleased to hear you were finally able to submit a paper. Turnitin will accept any text above 20 words so I would not expect this to have been the problem.
