    My suggestions are as follows:

    1. Go to our help guides and follow the path that best fits your situation as Administrator, Instructor, etc.
    2. Speak to the Turnitin administrator within your institution for guidance.
    3. If you are still unable to use your Turnitin solution, you should contact tiisupport@turnitin.com
