How to permanently delete a file from turnitin repository

I uploaded a file for checking plagiarism. After checking the plagiarism, we also deleted the file but it is still submitted in the repository. My institute is IIT Hyderabad and a mail has been sent requesting the deletion. But still no reply has come and it's very urgent. The submission ID is 2280963141. Kindly help us in deleting it at the earliest.

    Hello - Are you the Turnitin administrator for your institution? If not, please contact your Turnitin administrator to assist with deleting a paper.
