Dear Admin,
please help me to understand this issue. I'm trying to request for deletion one of the paper that i submitted, but this pop up note appear as "the paper you are requesting for deletion has not been submitted to the repository" then i delete already the document from my view. however that student submit again their document the similarity report still high.

If the similarity score is still high, then the paper is not matching to the paper that you deleted from the inbox; the indication might be that it is showing similarity to another paper.
