The Paper deletion is Approved by administrator while it is again showing in similarity reports after 2 days.

Unfortunately, my research report was submitted to Turnitin last week from the instructor account of the wrong university, after that I requested permanent deletion and administrator approved it. for sometime the similarity was removed while after 2 days it is again at same percentage but paper is deleted by my adminstrator.

    Yes, I am in contact with them but they are too slow in response. I you can have a followup with them it would be a great help. :(

      Ammara Does your issue been resolved? I am facing a similar issue and customer support has flagged it to the support engineer. However, they have not corrected it yet for me.
