Error in the new turnitin view

Hi,I am a student and when I try to exclude citations and references, Turnitin fails. Could you please correct this?

    Hi 

    Excluding citations and references is something that your instructor must do when setting up an assignment. Unfortunately, this setting cannot be changed once assignments have been submitted.

      Hi, but turnitin says that students can change exclusions in the current view, when they close it it won't be saved, but it can be saved in the current view and that's what's wrong with turniti.com

      I also have the same problem. Supposedly it applies the filters, but when entering and exiting they are not applied and while I am in it does not reflect the similarity permanently. After a few seconds it comes back as if it had not checked the filters. On top of that, it says it can't issue the similarity report because it doesn't recognize the language. I have tried everything and can't find a solution.

      Any solution?

      This is how the student report is expected to perform. It is meant to show information so that students can make any necessary adjustments in the case of forgetting a citation, for example, before a final submission. 

      I'd suggest looking in our Support Center for supported languages.
