Restore Inbox reports from 'Quick Submit'

Hi, I have mistakenly deleted reports from inbox of Quick Submit tab, I have raised a ticket but yet not get any response, can you help me to resolve the ticket (Case #22196320) to restore files back into inbox so i can delete them properly from the database with help of admin as the reports saved in repository. Please this urgent, i need to submit that documents somewhere.  Thanks

    I believe you (or the admin for the account) can handle this yourself. Follow the directions on this video

    Thankyou Karen, But i have contacted with admin they told me that we don't have received any kind of deletion request so they recover them. As i know the problem is at my end, i have remove the files from inbox, only Turnitin team can restore them into my inbox. I will be thankful if you can help me in this regard.

      Suhni Abbasi I understand. The best thing to do is raise a support ticket for this issue by using this online form.
