similarity from my same uploaded paper

I have deleted all the assignment and class but is show the similarity from my same uploaded paper. what should i do.

    when I click on the originality button I have the option to omit a source (same student or another student).  Then you can see the actual originality.    Also for a revision, I use the word revision before the essay name and it does not match the prior essay.
