I have an instructor account, and I can't see the AI percentage index. What is the problem?

This is slowing my work down as I have imminent submissions. Is it a maintenance issue or what? PLEASE HELP!!!

    The free version of Turnitin's AI writing detection ended December 31, 2023. I would recommend that you contact your account administrator to determine if this feature has been purchased by your institution. If so, they should make sure that it has been activated.
