Exporting/downloading rubric scores for analyses

My team and I have finished marking our students' work. We have all taught the same material and used the same rubric for marking.

Is there a way I can export or download the scores recorded in each of the categories of our rubric, for each student in my course, in a single flat CSV file? I'd like to include the rubric total and the professor's manually adjusted total for each student as well.

We would like to review our rubric while things are still top of mind. I expect there will be some collinearity between some of our categories, those with high collinearity would seem ripe for elimination.

It would also be good to see to which extent the various professors use the rubric in the same manner.

But I need the data. With more than 800 students, it is not feasible to step through them manually.

Hi  , thank you for your quick reply.

At my institution, TurnItIn is embedded within an LMS called LearningZone (I'm unsure if that is our local name or the product name). In any case, I do not have access to an assignment box in my interface.

I know for a fact, that our LMS does not store the rubric-level scores, only the total score (post adjustments for length and submission timeliness).

I worry, that TurnItIn is instanced for each single student submission, and that no consolidated database exists. Is this configuration possible? The reality may be, that the data I am looking for can only be found by manually stepping through 800+ submissions.

      Best, Christian

      Hi  ,

Here is a portion of a screen shot, showing the only TurnItIn interface I have:

It's the column of buttons on the left-hand side of the picture and the navigation tools at the top.

      Hi  ,

I access TurnItIn by clicking the small edit-pen icon highlighted by the red arrow in the picture below. Everything else is our LMS.
