I cannot get my similarity report,after I submit my paper.
I'm waiting up to an hour，and still waiting.

Apologies for the late response as I was off work for the holiday. I hope that you received your similarity report. It is helpful if you work within your institution first -- speak to your instructor, or if you are the instructor, speak to your institution's Turnitin administrator who may have some other suggestions.
In addition, you may find that the help notes may assist you in troubleshooting it yourself.
