Karen Smith Frankly, we need to wait for hours for a small document file. This has started to happen more frequently lately. In this regard, it does not offer the opportunity to directly report the problem on its site. We would be more pleased if Turnitin would directly address these complaints and not direct them to people in the institution.

I understand your frustration. We direct users to their institution's Turnitin administrator as they receive communications directly from us and may have some insights into the issue already. 

If you go directly to the support page, you will see a place in the top right to "submit a request." I tend to direct people to use the email I posted above, but it's there on the site as well.

You can also go here to see items that are known issues, where often information is posted about workarounds, sometimes anticipated timelines, etc.
