Trouble to download similarity report

Hi, I am not able to download similarity report. I am an instructor, using Turnitin since past 10 + years. Since 2 / 3 days I am not able to download any similarity report for recently submitted document as well as previously submitted documents.

Do I need to change any settings ?

    Hi 

    I'd recommend that you speak to the Turnitin account administrator in your institution to see if anything has changed significantly.

    The guides address several possible reasons for this issue, but if this doesn't answer your question, it may be necessary to raise a help ticket.

      Thanks for the reply, but I can download other similarity reports submitted in the same class. Will check with the administrator account settings, but as per my guess the settings set by Administrator account is global and not for a specific class or a submission.

      I'd raise a help ticket possibly then: https://helpcenter.turnitin.com/hc/en-us -- top right is where you submit a request!
