After Checking One Time Report from Any Account, Unable to Check Second Time File for Report. Display a Message "This User Already Checked"?

    Qaiser Please can you give me more details on this issue? How are you accessing Turnitin? Are you using it direct via the website or via a LMS such as Moodle or Canvas?

      Gill Rowell i use an account as an instructor through web-based services.

      For example, as an instructor, I added one student and then checked one file for similarity/plagiarism.

      Meanwhile, I need to check another file; as I upload a file for the check report, the system shows an error: "This student already submitted this file."

      After that, I deleted the previous paper, and the system allowed another report to be checked. 

      Conclusion: I can check the report only when my account has any files.
