Issue regarding turnitin
I am getting this error. Your account has reached its limit for Originality Reports. Originality Check is now read-only: you will still be able to submit, but no reports will be generated. For more information, please contact your account administrator. This year i.e. yesterday, just now my college has renewed it and they said they haven't sent any limit for instructor page. kindly requesting to help me pls as its urgent for me. i am even unable to upload new document even i am ok with not allowing download option

I am not entirely sure what is happening here, but you should definitely submit a support ticket. If you go to our Support Center, you can search to see if there is anything that addresses this, but there is also a place in the upper right corner to "Submit a request" -- see screenshot below. If you can share any screenshots of messages you are receiving in that support ticket, this is very helpful.
