Oops message for .docx file

I am getting ooops messages for correct .docx files saying files cannot be processed. Is there another issue?

    Hello,
    docx files need to contain at least 500 characters and be 100mb in size. If the documents meet these criteria but you are still getting error messages please email me (aclamp@turnitin.com) directly so I can investigate further.

      Alistair Clamp The submission is about 1000 words. Do you really mean 110mb as  typical .docx file as about 50kB?
