OneDrive Cloud Submission issues

We're currently using Turnitin via the current LTI. When students use the Cloud Submission option and select OneDrive (we're an M365 school), they get a message that the app "Needs admin approval". That button appears to be calling an app which, according to our admins, has already been approved. They even re-approved it, but still the message remains. 

I've got a ticket open with Turnitin support, but the representative doesn't seem to understand the issue. 

Does anyone have Turnitin configured in Blackboard to allow OneDrive submissions? Is there a specific team or contact at Turnitin to assist paying customers with configuring this integration?
