My custom QuickMarks disappeared.

I grade and record my comments on Turnitin, but with the new revamp, all my custom made quick marks have disappeared. Where are they? How can I get them back? They took a lot of time to perfect, and I don't have time to remake them.

    This sounds so frustrating - we know how long educators take to make their own custom Quickmarks.

    And if neither of those resources offers a solution, I recommend that you reach out directly to Turnitin Support and submit a ticket, so that they can get this fixed for you asap.
