submitted 5 files, clean and orignal, but since my account is Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, all files I upload it says submitted

My account is new and I got it as an instructor from University of Sindh, with support of Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. I tried to check similarity report on my newly written papers, and once uploaded, it stated showing 100% similar and it mentions that paper is submitted to HEC. I did not upload and I just wrote them. how is it possible that they are 100% same? How to fix this issue?

2 days ago I checked it from another faculty member's account since I did not had mine setup until then, it showed 20% similarity.

    Hi Dilawar Hassan
    What you are seeing is the result of the paper being added to the repository from the other faculty member's account.

    You can rectify this issue by excluding the student's previous submissions from the Similarity Report.

      Dilawar Hassan I'm not entirely sure what your question is maybe? The first time you submitted it to the other person's account, the similarity score was 20%, yes? That submission put it in the repository, which is why when you resubmitted the paper from yours, it gave a similarity score of 100%. It is the duplication of the same paper from two different accounts that is the issue, or at least that is what I'm understanding from what you've said. The directions I linked earlier should help you with this.

      Dilawar Hassan You can not publish it.. as it will show the similarity of 100% with the editor
