Issue in Submitting Multiple Files

Greetings,

I currently hold an instructor account with Turnitin. In the past, I had the ability to upload multiple files simultaneously for plagiarism checks. However, I have recently encountered an issue where I receive an error message stating, "One student can submit only one file."

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could provide guidance on how to adjust the settings so that I can once again upload multiple files at the same time without encountering this error. Thank you for your assistance.

    Muhammad Nihal Naseer Sadly the functionality to upload multiple files on behalf of students has recently been removed from Turnitin. Please read the following guidance and reach out to the Support team if you have any questions.
