Error message - report not opening

I am having an issue opening reports once created. I am getting an error message saying saying ‘Hmm .. we couldn’t find that ...Please check to make sure you've entered the correct URL'. The report has been created and is complete I just can't open it. I have tried different student reports, different browsers and cleared cache. Any ideas? Thanks.

    Thanks for reporting this error ed_integrity . We've forwarded this on to the Support Team to investigate for you and they'll reply via email.
    If anyone else is coming across a similar issue, I encourage you to email tiisupport@turnitin.com, describing what happens when the error occurs and providing the URL of the report in question. This will allow our team to investigate if it is the same issue as above or something different.

    Good afternoon, I similarly have a message of 'Oops! Something went wrong' in authorship following the submission of two word files. I have tried to submit these on a couple of occasions with the same outcome. Any advice on this would be appreciated. Thanks, Eric

      Thanks Eric_Holm - please send an email to tiisupport@turnitin.com including any information or screenshots as they have the adequate permissions to investigate this for you. Does the report generate at all? If so, please include the URL of the report in your email to them.
