Hi! Thanks for reaching out. If your institution has a Turnitin license, then you're eligible to run checks for similarity. The moment an instructor creates and shares an assignment with students, they can upload papers. Similarity checks are run automatically, so search results will be available in no time. Hope it helps

Hello Yulia, I want to run a similarity check for my own paper before submission. I cannot seem to do so other than checking on students' submission. Could you please provide the instruction for running a check separate from class/student submissions? Thanks.

Cecile Cho Hi! It depends on your role as a user. If you're a student, you'll need to reach out to your instructor and ask for enabling resubmissions for you (if these are available in the LMS your institution is using). As an instructor, the best solution would be to connect with your institution's admin and ask for such permissions. Hope it answers your question.
