a few students unable to access a class
Most class students enroled into a class successfully but I have 3 students who cannot access the class even though on my student list they are enroled. Any idea? I have sat with all students to check how they are trying to access but they are doing the same as everyone else. Pls advise

I'm sorry to hear your students are having trouble accessing your class. It would be best if you contact your institution's Turnitin account administrator so they can look into your students' access to Turnitin.
