Unsubmit an incomplete Peer Mark?

Is there a way as an instructor to unsubmit an incomplete Peer Mark? I needed to extend a deadline for Peer Marks, which I did, but now students cannot access their incomplete Peer Marks. Any ideas?

@Gill Rowell Grading functions do no good when the rubrics used to grade them are non-functional.

@Gill Rowell If there are no plans to add an archive function, then why is there an inactive "delete rubric" option in the library menu?

@Gill Rowell I also cannot see the ability to "star" favorite rubrics. I did see this "delete rubric" option but it is not activated. Why? When can it be activated or at least allow an archive…
