In creating an assignment with the LTI 1.3 integration I can't find where to add a rubric. Rubrics are referenced in materials, but I can't find where they are.

@Kat Turnitin If teachers have already created assignments using the original Turnitin plugin will they need to recreate those assignments using the new integration?
