Monica has a diverse professional background in higher education, instructional design, and client success. Her career includes serving as an associate professor at Montgomery College and leading online learning initiatives at the Community College of Baltimore County. She has also worked as an instructional designer at Johns Hopkins University and Laureate Education. More recently, Monica has specialized in client success, leading professional teams at Blackboard and McGraw Hill. Currently, Monica is excited to be the Strategic Educator Program Manager at Turnitin.
