Missing libraries tab

I am trying to copy one writing assignment I created for one class to two other classes. In the past I use the libraries tab to do this, but I don't see it on the menu bar. Please advise on what I am missing and how to proceed.

    I am having the same issue!  I have no tabs in my classes.  I'm following for the answer!
