Similarity checking of the research paper
We are extensively using the Turnitin portal to generate similarity reports. Currently, we use the Quick Submit option, which provides two choices: Store in Repository and No Repository. However, the Store in Repository option is selected by default.
It is requested that the default setting be changed to No Repository to prevent submitted documents from being stored in the repository unintentionally. Alternatively, a separate option could be provided to check the similarity of research papers without requiring users to create a classroom and assignments.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share all of this feedback on the Quick Submit option and shifting the default to "No repository". I can see why this would be a meaningful shift in preventing documents from being stored unintentionally.
