Turnitin LTI 1.3 domain conflict with Gradescope

Has anybody else encountered this error while trying to register the Turnitin LTI 1.3 tool? We have Gradescope registered in our Brightspace LMS and the Domain is already used for that integration. We have opened a ticket with Turnitin/Gradescope for this but haven't heard back yet.

      Stephanie Stocks The Turnitin ticket number is 22206166. I don't think I've gotten a number from the Gradescope team. Our Account Manager has stated that the ticket has been routed and assigned appropriately so I'm just waiting for the response. If you are able to assist, I'd appreciate it. I also just wanted to post this here so other admins are aware if they encounter it.
