Loss of instructor accounts on my administrator account

The school administrator deleted the Turnitin account admin, but I am also an administrator for teachers. We changed our domain address, and I lost the email account I used for administration, lyceumkennedy@lyceumkennedy.

The administrator added me with my new email address, library@kennedyinternational.org, and the new domain.

I sent all the teacher accounts in CSV format in order to recover the accounts, but I cannot add them to my account.
