Add a Class+Admin is locked out of their account
Hello,
I read the reason why my add button is not there. But my second problem is that my admin person is locked out of her account and can't get in. What do I do know?

This is a predicament! I recommend that you or your admin person open a ticket with our support team so that you can escalate this issue and they can offer personalized assistance with your account.
