Repo

I  have been mistakenly forgotten turn off repo while submitting my research paper in Turnitin database. Although I have approached them to delete it from my repo, supporting team action was a poor and bad experience. Now How I can remove from my repo that paper under certain ID from the turnitin database? Please, someone, has faced a similar  issue and how to overcome this issue

    Saydaliev Hayot Berk I am sorry to hear you have had a bad experience. Only the Support team are able to delete a paper from the database and unfortunately our process for removal must be followed. Your account Administrator must authorise any removal of papers from an account.

      Arfin Deri Listiandi In order to delete a paper from the Turnitin repository the following process must be followed, and your account Administrator will need to contact the Turnitin Support team to authorise this.
