AI Score

Previously (upto last week) Turnitin  was showing the "AI --%" or "AI *%", in every  report generated by it, which is not present now. What could be reason and when and how to get the AI Score?

If the submission is under 300 words it will not show an AI score.  Also, if the chance the student used AI is very low, turnitin will not show an AI score.

Thanks for your information. However, previously for every document submitted and report page opened on the right side tab below all the scores generated, there will pop out,  a kind of rotating wheel like motion and in a blue colour font  "  AI --  % " (if AI content is found)  or "AI *% " (if content is not found) indication. This is missing in every report recently. Can you please explain the absence of this functionality or rectify the tool if it is really missing?  Or is it removed with a purpose?  Because Turnitin, apart from similarity percentage,  generating the AI content percentage was more pertinent.

Hi Victor-- I'm a teacher as well.  Good luck getting someone from turnitin to respond to you.

Hi Chris,  anyways thanks much for your timely response.  Furthermore, the issue I raised,  got resolved by late evening yesterday. Turnitin-"Quick submit" tool / tab gives robust similarity  and AI scores now than it was before.  Best.
