There needs to be a feature that allows me to extend a students submission date. Yes they can just not hit submit but that doesn't fit the real world. They will hit submit thinking its a save button and also if I get an incomplete assignment, I may say, hey this has got to be better--turn it in by class tomorrow. 

As is, I'd have to tell them copy and paste this into Google Docs, then email me the finished paper etc. etc.
